Delivery Across the UAE

Every order is shipped fully insured and tracked, via courier, to all seven Emirates. In-stock pieces are dispatched within 1–2 business days of your order being confirmed; made-to-order and bridal sets may take longer — we'll always confirm a timeline before dispatch.

• Dubai & Sharjah: 1–2 business days
• Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah: 2–3 business days
• Fujairah: 2–4 business days

Cash on Delivery

For high-value pieces, we offer Cash on Delivery so you can verify your jewellery — weight, hallmark, and finish — in person before paying. Card payment is also available at checkout for those who prefer to pay online in advance.

7-Day Exchange

If a piece isn't right, you may exchange it within 7 days of delivery at any Glamour Femi counter, provided it is unworn, in its original condition, and accompanied by its certificate and invoice. Made-to-order and resized pieces are exchange-eligible only for a manufacturing defect. Refunds are issued as store credit or gold-value credit at the metal rate on the day of return, not the original purchase rate.
