1. About Us

Glamour Femi Jewellery LLC (“Glamour Femi”, “we”, “us”) is registered in the United Arab Emirates, Trade License No. [Trade License Number], TRN [Tax Registration Number], operating from the Dubai Gold Souk, Deira, Dubai. By placing an order with us, whether online or in person, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Pricing

Gold, silver, and platinum prices are calculated from the live metal rate at the time you add an item to your bag, plus making charge, wastage, and applicable stone charge, and are inclusive of 5% UAE VAT. Because metal rates move throughout the trading day, a price shown in your bag is held for 30 minutes; if it expires before you check out, the price is recalculated at the current rate. Once an order is placed, its price is locked and will not change regardless of later rate movements.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate weights, purity, and (where applicable) gemstone details for every piece. Handcrafted jewellery can carry minor natural variation in weight; any such variation is reflected on your hallmark certificate and invoice, not silently absorbed into the price you were quoted.

3. Payment Methods

We accept Cash on Delivery and payment by credit/debit card via our payment gateway (Telr). In line with UAE anti-money-laundering regulations, Cash on Delivery orders totalling AED 55,000 or more require you to provide a valid Emirates ID or passport number at checkout before the order can be placed — see our Privacy Policy for how that information is used and retained.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm it once payment succeeds (card) or once the order is placed (Cash on Delivery). We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, priced in error, or the ID verification required under Section 3 is not provided — in which case any payment already taken will be refunded in full.

5. Delivery

We deliver UAE-wide with insured shipping. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; for Cash on Delivery orders, you're welcome to inspect and weigh the piece before paying the courier.

6. Returns, Exchange & Hallmark Guarantee

Every piece is hallmarked to its stated purity and shipped with a certificate — see our Hallmark Certification page. Unworn items in their original condition and packaging may be exchanged in-store within 7 days of delivery. Custom or made-to-order pieces, and items returned outside this window or showing signs of wear, are not eligible for exchange. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — photography, designs, text, and branding — belongs to Glamour Femi Jewellery LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or an order placed through it, except where such liability cannot be excluded under UAE law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UAE consumer protection law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
